14 Pakistanis released from Indian prisons return home via Wagah border

Muhammad Afaq, Faqir Hussain, Allah Basaya, Akbar Masih, Tariq Mehmood, Waseem, Raju, Allah Bachayo, and Gul Sher were the people who were set free. Abdullah, Rajan, Saganjio, Ghulam Mustafa, and Samar were among the fisherman.

The people will go through legal procedures, according to security officials, before being returned back to their homes. The fisherman are going to be moved to Karachi.

In New Delhi, a representative for the Pakistani High Commission affirmed the continuous endeavors to ensure the exchange of prisoner names between Pakistan and India on July 1. In exchange for India sharing the specifics of 452 Indians or purported Indian nationals held in Pakistan, Pakistan gave India the names of 38 defense personnel as well as 452 civilians and fishermen who were detained in India.
