Former United States president Donald Trump, reacted to President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden’s criminal trial, saying that he will save him after becoming the head of state.
The Republican candidate, in a post titled “Statement by Donald J Trump, 45th President of the United States of America”, on his social media platform, said, “Hunter Biden is a terrible person who has funnelled millions of dollars from other countries to his father,” Live Mint reported.
“Even so, it is hard to blame him for wanting a gun, which he has a God-given right to have under the 2nd Amendment. Probably the greatest Amendment of them all, if we’re being totally honest.”
Never missing an opportunity to bring his opponent, the Democratic candidate, down, Trump said, “His father, one of our worst presidents, is more concerned with making the gun control people happy, so he won’t have the courage to step in here and help Hunter.”
At the end of the post, Trump, who himself is a convicted felon, offered to help Hunter, saying: “Don’t worry, Joe — I will save your son after I get elected for the third time!”
Hunter has been found guilty of three charges including harnessing a gun while in addiction and lying about it.
