The only option left to King Charles and the royal family is to accept Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s career choices.
Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal analyst, told GB News that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently visited the monarch in Nigeria, demonstrating their stubborn attitude.
He continued, “They [the Royal Family] have not got any choice, the Sussexes can do what they like.”
The royal analyst went on to say, “If they find it pays and they find it useful to their brand, which it is, then they will do more [overseas engagements].”
Harry and Meghan, according to Richard, appear to want to live in “peaceful co-existence with the Royal Family.”
In reference to the ex-royal’s recent trip to the UK for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, the expert said, “We saw what happened here [in the UK] with Harry and his father, it was a painful mess.”
For those who don’t know, Harry’s official obligations kept him from seeing his father, who is afflicted with illness, during his journey to London.
